Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping to countries outside of the United States. However, please rest assured that we are actively working towards expanding our shipping capabilities to include international destinations in the future.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! Just make sure that the PO Box number is listed.

How do I change my address?

If you need to change your address for a pre-order that has not yet shipped, please contact customer service ([email protected]). Changing your address under “My Account” will not change the address attached to your pre-order;  it will only affect future orders.

How much does shipping cost?

We are offering discounted shipping rates for a limited time!

We charge a $5 flat rate for orders shipped within the US. Shipping within the US is free for orders over $300.

How do I get free shipping?

For shipping within the continental United States, orders must total at least $300 before taxes, and the FREE shipping option will show at checkout page.

How are shipping prices calculated?

Shipping prices are calculated using the FedEx API, which factors in the distance and the speed option you select during checkout. This ensures that you receive accurate and competitive shipping rates based on your location and preferred delivery speed.

Tracking your package

While most often shipments are USPS or FedEx, on occasion our shippers must use DHL or UPS.

Past Estimated Ship Date

At, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. However, please note that there may be instances where we have not yet received the shipment of your ordered items. Delays can occur due to various factors, including manufacturing delays or delays in overseas shipping.

Rest assured that we are actively monitoring the status of your order, and we are in constant communication with our vendors to ensure timely delivery of your items. Once the items arrive at our warehouse, we will promptly process and ship them out to you.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

For updated estimated ship dates, you can easily check your ‘Order History’ on our website. Simply log in to your Project KE account and navigate to ‘My Account’ > ‘Order History’. From there, select the order in question and then the specific item. If an updated estimated ship date is not available, please feel free to reach out to us via email, and we will gladly provide you with the information you need.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

-If a package is shown as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and then notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.
-If it is determined that the package is lost due to misdelivery by the carrier, we will replace your order.
-We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the package is lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
-All customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
-If a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee for the package to be sent out again.
-If you find that your shipping address is incorrect or has changed since you last placed your order, please notify us with the order number and address.

When will my order ship?

Order Processing: Your order will be processed during normal business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

In-Stock Items: If an item is in stock, your order will typically be processed within 1 to 5 business days. After processing, the delivery time will vary depending on the shipping address. Currently, delivery times range between 2 to 10 business days within the United States.

Pre-Order Items: For pre-order items, your order will be shipped once the item is back in stock. If you order multiple pre-order items with the same release date, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Tracking Information: Once your item ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please note that in special circumstances, tracking numbers may not be available.

Will I receive my order in multiple packages?

– This ensures that you receive your in-stock items promptly while we fulfill your pre-order items as soon as they become available.

2. Pre-Order Items:
– If you purchase multiple pre-order items with the same release date, they will be shipped together in one shipment.
– This helps streamline the shipping process and ensures you receive your pre-order items efficiently.

3. In-Stock Items from Different Warehouses:
– If you purchase in-stock items that are shipped from different warehouses, you may receive multiple shipments.
– This allows us to fulfill your order quickly and efficiently, ensuring you receive each item as soon as possible.
