For Ichiban Kuji items, shipping fees are based on the weight and dimensions of the items you pull. A minimum shipping fee for the ticket stubs will be charged at the time of purchase, and the remaining balance will be billed separately after your items are pulled, weighed, and packed. Yes, we do offer local pick-up for online orders. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification. Please bring your ID and order number when picking up. Kindly note that we'll hold your order for 14 days from the notification date. If not picked up within this period, a 15% service fee will be deducted upon refund.
